Single-breasted, four button jacket with roll-step collar, two flap and button, pleated breast pockets, two flap and button bellows pockets in skirt and centre rear vent. Lower button shows below belt. Integral fabric belt with one prong gilt buckle. Lined throughout in cotton fabric. Slight damage. Khaki and pale blue rank lace at cuffs to the rank of Lieutenant with crowned eagles above. Medal ribbons for ... Fitted with Canadian shoulder titles and service chevrons for the period of 1914-18. RAF Pilot's badge above left breast pocket.

Large oval shallow silver tray with decorative fretwork edging , etched representation of a biplane, RFC wings and date January 1918 and 12 etched signatures. Surface scatched and worn from polishing.

Bronze cross pattée with crossed swords, points upwards, in the interstices. Obverse - central medallion of the head of Marianne in right profile encircled by a band bearing REPUBLIQUE FRANÇAISE and a laurel spray. Reverse - plain central medallion bearing 1914 1918. Ribbon - green with seven narrow red stripes. The ribbon bears a bronze palm spray denoting a mention in Army despatches, (known as Croix de Guerre avec Palmes) a gilt star for an Army Corps despatch, a silver star for a Divisional despatch or a bronze star for a Brigade, Regimental or Unit despatch.
