Grey khaki, long-sleeved, single breasted coatfrock with detachable pointed brown or white collar. Open down front from neck for 21½ inches, closing with 6 buttons, 5 large 1 small. 2 inch grey-khaki belt sewn to back closing with four button holes and secured at waist level by two offset buttons attached to the front of the coat. Two patch pockets in skirt, 5 inches below belt line, closing with a buttoned flap. 3 inch buttoned cuffs with 6 inch opening. Shoulder straps bearing WAAC title and coloured centre stripe sewn to shoulder seam and secured at the top by a button. See his historical notes.

Replica two piece, aubergine, padded silk flying suit. Hooded waist length jacket opening down the right seem with four silk covered buttons. The hood provided with mesh covered square cut-outs at the ears. Wide legged, ¾ length culottes opening centrally with four buttons and then down the inner seem of each leg with a further four buttons. Waist band is closed with press studs and is fitted with a wide silk belt, held by five belt loops and closing with two buttons. All buttons covered in silk.

Single-breasted, four button, four pocket jacket with collar and lapels and integral fabric belt. Pleated, flap and button breast pockets, flap and button inset skirt pockets. Rear vent. All buttons and buckle gilding metal. Sleeves bear from top to bottom shoulder eagles, Corporal's stripes on upper arm and four red service chevrons above right cuff. Conversion refers to the application of buttons to the lower pockets and the provision of button holes in the pocket flaps to make the jacket look like the original, 1939 Pattern garment.

Shield-shaped varnished wooden wall plaque with painted crest consisting of a sky blue background onto which is superimposed a globe with 223 across it, the words R.A.F. Cosford below, and a hand holding red lightning bolts. Above is an eagle's wing and the words G Flt. The motto scroll below says "From so many to so few" and one above "223rd Craft apprentice entry".

Shield-shaped varnished wooden wall plaque with painted crest consisting of a red and white striped background on top of which are motifs of the green and yellow apprentice hatband, 4-bladed propeller, a hand holding lightning bolts, and the RAF eagle above the number 222. The motto scroll below says "2 learn 2 live 2 earn" and one above "May 1971 Royal Air Force Cosford April 1973".

The motto scroll below says "So few came so far for so little". A further scroll above the shield says "Royal Air Force Station, Cosford".
