Master Pattern No. 35/R/307 up-graded from Working Pattern. Single-breasted, four button, four pocket khaki drill jacket with buttoned shoulder straps, collar and lapels. Pleated, flap and button breast pockets, pointed flap and button patch skirt pockets. Small vents each side of the rear quarters. Buttoned cuffs with sewn on plastic buttons in two positions. Two belt loops and a fabric belt with a button fastener for the buckle. The main uniform buttons plugged through the fabric and removable for washing. Fitted with shoulder eagles. No uniform buttons or buckle fitted.

Khaki, 'maternity' style, serge coat with a fold down collar. Flapped, inset pockets in front at waist level. Long centre rear vent closing with two small horn buttons covered by a fly. Front closes down the right with four large concealed horn buttons and engages with fly of the jackets flap. Soft shoulder straps. Pointed tabs on cuff close with horn buttons. Fitted with Royal Flying Corps shoulder titles. Left sleeve fitted with corporals stripes. Right sleeve fitted with sergeants stripes surmounted by a plain four-bladed propeller and a sergeant-majors crown on the cuff.

Single breasted lapel jacket closing with four gilt buttons. The garment cut with a vertical seam folded to form as a ridge to shape to the bosom and the back. The back cut in four panels with darts so as to give a waisted shape. No belt. The bottom of the front opening rounded. Inset, flap and button pockets in the skirt. The flaps cut in three points, deeply scalloped. Fitted with shoulder eagles - pale blue eagles embroidered onto a blue-grey patch. Lined in dark grey synthetic fibre fabric throughout. Gilt Medical Branch collar badges.
