Rectangular grey painted metal case with three aerial sockets, three jack plugs and two terminals fitted across the top. Three lower levels contain three R.31 receivers (units C,B,D) with the 1st having a slow motion type dial and a two-way switch marked, RANGE 1,2. The outer case is fitted with suspension lugs.
