Shield-shaped varnished wooden wall plaque with painted crest consisting of a sky blue background onto which is superimposed a globe with 223 across it, the words R.A.F. Cosford below, and a hand holding red lightning bolts. Above is an eagle's wing and the words G Flt. The motto scroll below says "From so many to so few" and one above "223rd Craft apprentice entry".
