Khaki cotton jacket with stand and fall collar closing at the neck with two press studs, zip opening from neck to waist covered by fly and cuffs closing with two press studs. Fabric belt with pinless buckle, held by three belt loops and secured by a short section of fabric sewn to the back of the jacket. Central gusset in the back and the rear of the skirt. Four gusseted bellows pocket, two breast two skirt, all closing with a flap and two press studs. Vertical knife pocket in fly from neck to chest opening on both sides with zips. Captain's metal rank bars on soft shoulder straps, US flag patch on the right shoulder, 82nd Airborne patch on the left and a US Army title above right breast pocket

Single-breasted, blue, four button jacket with roll-step collar, two flap and button, pleated breast pockets, two flap and button bellows pockets in skirt, a small inset pocket let into the waist and centre rear vent. Detached fabric belt with two prong buckle and held by two buttons. Black and pale blue rank lace at cuffs to the rank of Flying Officer with an eagle and separate crown above. All metal blackened bronze. Buttons black composition. Medal ribbons - DFC, '39-'45 Star, France/Germany Star and Australian Service Medal 1939-1945. Observer's flying badge above left breast pocket.

The lower button shows below the belt. Integral fabric belt with two prong gilt buckle. Black and pale blue rank lace at cuffs to the rank of Wing Commander. Medal ribbons for DSO, MC with two Rosettes, 1914-15 Star with Rosette, 1914-18 War Medal, Victory Medal, ...?, 1939-45 Star, Africa Star, Defence Medal, 1935 Jubilee medal and 1937 Coronation Medal. Pilot's wings above left breast pocket.

Magazine, Type A-5A, USAAF

Large, rectangular, box shaped magazine for K-17, K-17B, K-19, and K-19B aircraft cameras. Removable curved top has a centrally mounted locking nut and, on one side, a removable plastic card for recording information about the type of film loaded. The main body has the vacuum hose connector, two film spool knobs and a exposure counter on one side and two spool knobs, two electrical sockets and two manufacturers plates on the other. The base has a 9" x 9" square hole covered by a removable light slide. Comes with case.

Aircrew Helmet Mark 1A

Light-weight, silver-painted protective head covering made of laminated fibrous material lined in leather. The interior fitted with a nylon webbing harness to hold the head away from the inner surface of the helmet and a padded leather brow cushion. Two male press studs on the rear sides for the attachment of the detachable Visor, if worn. Fixed chin strap on left and male press stud on right for fastening. The helmet fitted with an adjustable visor mechanism in the form of a ratchet rail running centrally fore and aft over the head and retaining a dark-tinted visor which can be raised or lowered by a nylon handle. This example fitted with a boom microphone on the left side of the helmet.

Cork helmet with brim extending in the rear and a large comb. Fabric covered, painted black and with a Air Force Dept. Fire Service decal on the front. Leather head band and nylon webbing cradle. Leather chin strap and leather trim to the brim.
