Olive green chest webbing with one large central map pocket opening with two press studs, three front magazine pouches and two side utility pouches all with velcro fastenings. Two padded, adjustable shoulder straps rise vertically from the front, cross over the back and join to the rear of the utility pouches. Single adjustable strap in the rear with quick release buckle. Single additional first aid pouch attached to left shoulder strap.

Grey cotton webbing rectangular box/bag with two pairs of square brass buckles on the top front edge, two straps on the rear and two buckles, set at an angle on the under side. The pack is intended to connect to the upper section of the same set and does not appear to be usable on its own. The prescise method of attachment however is unknown.

Integral fabric belt with two prong buckle. Royal Arms rank badges on both cuffs embroidered in bright, pale blue. All metal blackened bronze. Medal ribbons for 1939-45 Star and Defence Medal. Signaller's flying badge above left breast pocket.

Three buttons visible, the other flat and concealed behind the belt. Detachable fabric belt with two prong gilt buckle. Black rank lace at cuffs to the rank of .... Buttons and ROC lapel badges removed.

Long steel blade with full fullers tapered to a point, two piece wooden grip scales with two horizontal grooves in each, fixed by two screw bolts. Wasted cross guard with 22mm Ø muzzle ring and spring loaded catch with channel in the pommel. Complete with leather scabbard having a metal oval frog stud, stapled tip and throat and fitted with a home guard leather frog (accessioned separately).
