Two circular white plastic discs, the smaller mounted on the larger, with two movable clear plastic hands. Both discs marked with graduated scales, the outer one 'Pressure Altitude at Ground In Feet' and the other 'Indicated Altitude' in black lettering; red and white numeric scales on both discs.

Rectangular grey painted wooden cabinet vented on two side with carrying handle. Grey painted steel face fitted with a small cathode ray tube and numerous switches and terminals. Hinged/locking rear panel showing valve fitting diagram and printed circuit diagram one side. Two spare glass valves inside. Complete and in working order if plug replaced.

Pencil pocket on left upper arm and flapped pocket on the upper right. Soft shoulder straps and cuff straps with two buttons (buttons missing on the left).
