Long double-edged blade with sharp point, cross guard with 22mm Ø hole and curled the opposite side. Two piece wooden handle scales fixed by two close together large brass rivets and a small oil hole beside one rivet. Odd-shaped pommel with push-button/internal-spring latch.

Single-breasted, four button, khaki jacket with roll-step collar, Two flap and button pleated breast pockets, two flap and button inset skirt pockets, soft shoulder straps and centre rear vent. Fitted with 1st Lieutenant's bar on the shoulder straps, 9th Air Force shoulder patch on the left and US lapel badges.

Standard Pattern No. 35/R/2081 Lightweight wool and synthetic fibre blue-grey trousers with hooked waistband, belt loops and and buckled adjustment tabs. Zip fly. Two side pockets and two open hip pockets. Pocket bags and waistband lining in grey synthetic fibre fabric.

Large blue silk banner with tasseled fringe. The main design appears to be hand painted, and in places the paint is chipped and starting to crack. Complete with two-piece 285cm-long varnished wooden pole with screw connection at centre, yellow alloy 'spearhead' at the top and also two blue/white tasselled cords, in separate carrying bag.

Rectangular grey painted cast metal body fitted with two rotating knobs (missing) marked, FINE TUNING and VOLUME with two jack plug sockets in-between. A toggle switch left marked, OFF/ON with a switch marked, TEST/NORMAL. Multi -pin plug fitted at the base and missing a selector dial/switch from the face. Red band through the centre.
