Single-breasted, blue cotton unlined jacket with five black composition buttons, stand - rise and fall - collar and two open, patch pockets in front skirts. The back edge of the cuffs slit for a few inches and provided with a button to close.

Black rectangular metal box with five mesh cooling vents and a Deviation Corrector access panel in the top, six mesh cooling vents on the bottom panel. Four connectors are located on the lower portion of one of the long sides with two further connectors on the upper portion.
