Reproduction, Single-breasted, five button jacket with stand and fall collar fastening with hooks. Shoulder straps, reinforcing panels on front of shoulders, pleated flap and button breast pockets, flap and button skirt pockets. Two brass supporting hooks at waist for webbing belt, two short vents at rear. Buttons General Service pattern (Missing).

Khaki cotton, poncho style, cape opening with five buttons. Fall collar with buttoned tab for when worn up. Large diagonal buttoned flaps on chest to gain access to undergarments. Centre rear vent with a single button. Inside, long fabric straps from the shoulders for securing the cape to the body.

Rectangular panel of white leather cut to fit over shoulders and round back of neck and fitted with two pairs of buckled straps to fasten cross-wise over the chest. The area across the shoulders fitted with four rows of five dome headed white metal studs.

Very large rectangular black painted case with five large dials (including high frequency) with four small fitted along the bottom. A central (low frequency) tuning dial with seven small switches, two gauges and on/off switch across the top. Fitted to anti-vibration mounting and has (AN/ART-13) instruction manual.

Reverse - St. George slaying the Dragon with THE GEORGE MEDAL round the rim. Edge engraved 3044815 ACT. F. SGT. JOHN R. LEES. R.A.F. Ribbon - dull red with five narrow mid-blue stripes.

Large rectangular black crackle painted body with a frequency window just of centre having two large adjustable knobs below (one allowing fine adjustment). Five other knobs at left and right with an on-off toggle switch above. Below is a switch marked AVC off MVC. Small handle fitted left and right front.
