Shoulder straps, reinforcing panels on front of shoulders, pleated flap and button breast pockets, flap and button skirt pockets. Two brass supporting hooks at waist for webbing belt, two short vents at rear. Buttons General Service pattern (Missing).

Centre rear vent with a single button. Inside, long fabric straps from the shoulders for securing the cape to the body.

Very large rectangular black painted case with five large dials (including high frequency) with four small fitted along the bottom. A central (low frequency) tuning dial with seven small switches, two gauges and on/off switch across the top. Fitted to anti-vibration mounting and has (AN/ART-13) instruction manual.
