A portable rectangular grey painted metal case with hinged lid. Fitted inside left is a panel with a rotating knob marked, SET LEVEL, clear lamp, CHECK LEVEL/READ OUTPUT switch, five way switch marked HEADSETS LOAD, on/off switch, OSCILLATOR ADJUSTMENT screw and a headphone jack plug socket. Fitted with green webbing strap with operating instructions in the lid.
