Single-breasted, five button jacket with stand collar fastening with three hooks, flap and button pleated breast pockets, flapped, inset pockets in skirts. Buttons, large size, gilding metal. Integral fabric belt with gilt buckle. Plain round cuff. No shoulder straps. Plain panel back with no vents. Red eagles on khaki patches at shoulders and Corporal's stripes on the sleeves. No buttons fitted.

Large detailed sterling silver model of rotary engined Morane-Saulnier Type H single seat racer type monoplane on black ebonised plinth with silver presentation plaque. Mounted on black painted wooden base with red felt pad on base. Base has silver metal (unhallmarked) plate secured by four silver metal pins. Plate is tarnished has the engraved inscription"The London Aerodrome, Presented by Barclay Walker Esq, 1915, Gustave Hamel".

Blue silk ribbon with blue enamelled bar worded FOR ACHIEVMENT, clasp below engraved "1st Atlantic Solo Flight IRELAND to CANADA 31Hrs. Aug 18-19, 1932.
