Single-breasted, four button, blue-grey jacket with roll-step collar, Two flap and button pleated breast pockets, two flap and button bellows skirt pockets and centre rear vent. Metal belt loops at the sides. Separate fabric belt with two prong brass buckle. The shoulders fitted with loops and buttons to retain the gold wire embroidered No.1A shoulderboards for Air Officers. Shoulderboards for the rank of MRAF Black and pale blue rank lace at cuffs to the rank of MRAF. Five female press studs above left breast pocket and one set of loops for medal ribbons Pilot's badge above left breast pocket.

Single-breasted, five button dark, bright blue jacket with roll-step collar, two flap and button, pleated breast pockets, two flap and button bellows pockets in skirt and centre rear vent. Integral fabric belt with two prong gilt buckle. Black and pale blue rank lace at cuffs to the rank of Air Vice Marshal. RAAF Pilot's badge above left breast pocket with medal ribbons in two rows comprising VC, Order of the Bath, Order of the British Empire, War Medal 1914-1918, Victory Medal, Africa Star, Defence Medal, War Medal 1939-1945, Australia Service Medal 1939-1945, SilverJubilee Medal 1935 and Coronation Medal 1937.

Blue Grey silk smock with short sleeves and knee length legs. Front closes with eleven buttons, the five below the waist covered by a fly. Open patch pockets on upper thighs and waist. Chest and the back of the neck are provided with storage for a life jacket bladder, inflated via a gas cylinder located in a pocket above the right waist and topped up by an oral inflation tube which would be found in the slip pocket on the left breast (bladder not fitted). Tied flaps for the harness run from the shoulders to the chest and end with flap coverings for quick release hooks.

Working Pattern No. 35/R/653 up-graded from Working Pattern. Double-breasted, blue-grey raincoat closing with five pairs of plastic sewn through buttons. Slightly angled, buttoned side access slits giving onto large patch pockets attached to the lining. Fabric belt retained in two loops, leather covered single prong buckle. Cuffs with wrist tightening tabs. Double layer of fabric over the right shoulder. Shoulder straps. The collar provided with a buttonhole in the left side front corner to secure across as a storm collar. Centre rear vent with button. Buttoned tab inside the front left skirt to keep the lower skirts closed. Lined throughout in cotton.

Padded olive green woollen combination suit with heating elements sewn into lining. Flap over zip closure from right shoulder to crotch. Button fly, zipped cuffs and ties at the ankles. Button closure at neck and fur collar with buckled straps for when worn in the up position. Open patch pockets on the lower legs and a diagonally open patch pocket on the chest. Press studded flaps below the neck and crotch cover holes for cables. Electrical connectors with male 'lift the dot' fasteners on cuffs and right breast. Cables with connectors on the lower legs. The main electrical cable with five pin plug enters the garment on the right thigh.

White Lion, Order of the, 1st Class, Civil, Badge

On a five armed gold cross enamelled red, each arm terminating in three points with ball finials - Obverse- a silver, double-tailed crowned lion bearing a shield of the National Arms on his shoulder. The arms of the cross separated by Linden leaves. Reverse - each arm of the cross decorated with the arms of one of the provinces - Bohemia, Moravia, Silesia, Slovakia and Carpathian-Ruthenia with, centrally a red medallion lettered CRS in monogram encircled by a gold ring bearing PRAVDA VITEZI. The whole suspended from an oval wreath of Linden leaves with two palm fronds in saltire.

Khaki, flap-over jacket fastening with five buttons concealed in a fly down the right side. The top edge of the flap fastens on the top of the shoulder with two press-studs and the shoulder strap fastens over this engaging with a female stud superimposed above the flap stud. Rise and fall collar bearing bronze RFC badges, the interior of the collar fitted with a false khaki shirt collar retained by 'plastic' buttons. Shoulder straps fastening with press-studs bear Captain's insignia - three embroidered pips. Plain cuffs. Horizontal flapped pockets in skirts. Centre rear vent. RFC pilot's badge on left breast. Lined throughout in khaki cotton fabric.
