Large, rectangular black crackle painted vented body with a perforator fitted one end driven by an internal electric motor. On/off switch fitted one end and four rubber feet in the base and two cables with plugs at the rear.

Large triangular framed bubble octant. Appears to be incomplete, missing the top bulb holder mounted between the side plates and the pivoting lens holder mounted at one end. Rotating bakelite knob to one side. Lens fixed between the two plates forming the frame of the instrument. Adjustable sliding foresight.
