Irregularly shaped, flat polished piece of stone (? Granite) from rubble of bombed Houses of Parliament, 1941. Scoop at one end for ash, with three grooves for cigarettes. Cast bronze medallion at one end. Green baize on bottom with sticker giving details of origin.
