Khaki drill knee length shorts with button fly. Two side pockets opening vertically down the side seems. The waistband fashioned as two extended straps which cross-over each other; the right one passing through a slit in the left side and thence to a pin buckle, the left one passing through a retainer on the right side and thence to a pin buckle.
