Rectangular spot welded steel case with a large manual 1-5 switch, lead connector, four threaded locking nuts and a "D" handle all fitted in the face. Six pin plug and two spring loaded spikes in the rear. Surface scratches with one locking nut missing.

Large two piece black plastic body with the upper section having a "J" shaped (5-way) manual switch with D.F. loop plug. The bottom section has six connections around its diameter (D.F., MF.ON FIXED, NORMAL, HF.ON TRAILING and EARTH ) with four mounting holes. Complete with inter-unit cabling.
