Stand screwed to the back for display broken one side.

Circular brass body with a silver face marked 0-5000 feet around the outer scale and 26-31 RAIN CHANGE FAIR INCHES on the inner. The outer scale rotates and a suspension loop (missing) at the top. Fitted in a brown leather buckled wrist strap.
