Long, double-breasted, black wool coat with a fold down collar. From the arm pit, the lower half of arms are in leather joining to a 4 inch leather cuff. Flapped, inset pockets in front at waist level. Long centre rear vent. Front closes with six pairs of large uniform buttons tapering downwards to the waist.

Circular faced aircraft instrument reading from 0 to 10,000 feet with 1,000 foot intervals. Six screw holes spaced evenly around the face to attach the altimeter to the instrument panel. Small adjusting wheel fitted to the bottom along with the attachment for the static tube which is protected by a green plastic cover.

Single-breasted, six button, straight cut tunic with stand collar and loops for 'epaulettes'. Collar closing with a pair of hooks and eyes. Pleated breast pockets with flap and button. Brass hooks let into waist to support belt. Two small vents in the rear. Sleeves with false pointed cuffs. All buttons and belt hooks removable.

Integral fabric belt attached to the side seams, closing in the rear with two buttons. Slit openings at the cuffs with button closure. One open patch pocket in the right skirt.
