Six panel plain skirt with no pleats. The outer edges of the central panels with raised edges top match up to those on the jacket. Buttoned waistband and side zip. The rear half lined in synthetic fibre fabric. Length to just below knee.

"W" shaped cast metal frame with black plastic covered moulded finger grips. The hub is cast with a brake lever bracket to the right and has a large centre hole lined in brass surrounded by six smaller holes. Heavily corroded overall with most plastic grip missing.
