Large rectangular black plastic meter reading 0-10 OHMS fitted with six adjustable knobs marked, ANODE, SELECT ANODE, SET M.A./V, SCREEN, HEATER and SET ZERO, on/off switch all fitted in the face. Wired to another panel fitted with 12 varying valve bases and a row of combination wheels. Cased.

Rectangular black crackle painted body vented at the sides with folding handle, manually rotated slow motion dial marked, 280-510 KC/S, and six switches/knobs fitted in the face. Filter and four electrical connections in the rear. Slight damage around dial and fitted to an anti-vibration mounting with cabling.

A rotating black plastic knob adjusts the "KILOCYCLES" range (25-8000) with a six way switch, on/off switch, milliampres gauge and red lamp fitted in the face. Fitted with a green canvas strap with instructions inside lid.

Rectangular wooden case with hinged lid at the front and a large circular hole on top (with bulb bayonet fitting below). The front face has seven rotating knobs marked, VALVE, GRID CELLS, ANODE, BUZZER, VARIOMETER, SERIES RES and POTENSIMETER with two earth terminals and six HT/LT TELEPHONE terminals.

Square bare metal case with hinged lid having a clear perspex window fitted with six small dials (individually numbered) that can be rotated by a manual winder fitted right. "G.S.T. in ARC" stamped above dials with "G.M.T." below. Four rubber feet in the base (one missing).

Single-breasted, blue-grey, gabardine raincoat fastening with six plastic buttons, the top one visible, the other five concealed in a fly. Plain sleeves - no cuff. No shoulder straps. No belt. Short centre rear vent. Two vertical inset, slit pockets set at a slight angle at front below waist. Man-made fabric lining throughout.
