Late pattern Mk. IV Respirator contained in a Mk. VII Haversack with a pack of six eyeshields Mk. 3, Ointment Anti-Gas Nº 6, and Outfit Anti-Dimming Mk. 7. Rubber face mask covered with fabric, rubber hose and red E-Type canister. Haversack also contains anti-dimming outfit, ointment anti-gas and eyeshields anti-gas.

Black leather ankle boot with toe cap and leather sole. The uppers including the toe cap of "Bubble" pattern leather, the heel and sole of smooth leather. Six pairs of eyelet holes. With laces. Heel reinforced with complete heel edge. Toe with screwed on toe piece and four rows of iron hob nails. Holes in sole. LEFTT FOOT.

White nylon combination suit with short sleeves, legs terminating above the knees and opening from neck to crotch with three ties. Air is fed to the skin by a series of pvc tubes sewn all over the garment and supplied by six larger tubes which are connected to the main air supply by a rubber hose on the left waist.

Obverse - on a shield showing a winged thunderbolt above castellations, an eagle with outstretched wings against a sun (?) disc Reverse - FOR MILITARY MERIT with a tablet below for naming. Ribbon - lemon yellow with three blue centre stripes - one broad flanked by two very narrow - and blue edges.
