Circular, dull gold with articulated ring suspender. Obverse - an angel with outstretched wings holding a circular shield and a sword. Reverse - in front of a shield bearing US and vertical stripes, a fasces. Around the upper rim THE GREAT WAR FOR CIVILIZATION, on the left of the fasces FRANCE ITALY SERBIA JAPAN MONTENEGRO GREECE on the right GREAT BRITAIN BELGIUM BRAZIL PORTUGAL RUMANIA CHINA. At the base six stars. Ribbon - rainbow.

Single-breasted, white drill, six button, tunic with stand collar and loops for shoulderboards. Collar closing with a pair of hooks and eyes. Two small vents in the rear. Sleeves with false pointed cuffs. All buttons removable. No buttons fitted. Scalloping at shoulders on back. Pilot's wings badge and medal ribbon bar of UN Cyprus Medal, Campaign Service Medal and South Atlantic Medal with combat zone rosette. 2 inch tear on left hip.
