Blue grey cotton combination suit opening down the front with six fly covered buttons. Roll step collar with buttoned lapel. Buttoned straps at the ankles and press studded pivot cuffs. Integral fabric belt with pinnless buckle. Soft shoulder straps sewn to garment. Pleated breast pockets with buttoned flap, side pockets at the hips which also allow access to under garments, pen pockets on left arm and right thigh, open patch pocket on left thigh and large buttoned patch pockets on lower legs.

Machined circular shape propeller hub from a 260 hp Mercedes engine from a Gotha bomber. Highly smoothed and polished, showing the nine laminations of wood used in the propeller construction; originally six decorative studs inserted into the top rim, one of which is now missing. Wider rim at the base, in which are visible 8 original fixing bolt holes for the propeller shaft. Brass plate on front inscribed "Made from the propeller of 260 Mercedes Engine in Gotha brought down in Kent Dec 1917". One vertical split in the inner wall.

Long, double-breasted, blue-grey Melton coat with a fold down collar, shoulderboards to the rank of Sister and belt fastening with a pinless buckle. Flapped, inset pockets in front at waist level, cut slightly sloping to rear. Pleat each side of the back panel at waist level. Long centre rear vent with a single self-coloured button to keep skirts closed. Front closes with six pairs of large uniform buttons. Three small uniform buttons mounted at the rear of each cuff. All uniform buttons and buckle gilded metal.

A Mosquito PR.34 (RG 300) is rolled out of a hangar at RAF Benson. RAF officers and civilians stand talking by the aeroplane, aircrew pose briefly before climbing into the cockpit and the aeroplane starts its engines before taking off.

A Cody aeroplane is pulled out of a hangar and prepared for flight. The engine is started, the pilot is seen at the controls ant it taxis forwards. On its take off run the aeroplane tips forwards onto its nose, causing some damage. The pilot is helped away from the wreckage and several men inspect the aeroplane.
