Large, silver painted, tubular framed hand operated cable winch for hauling in refuelling hose to the receiving aircraft; carried by C Class flying boat during flight refuelling experiments. Red painted side crank handle operating drum via large red painted chain wheel. Brake pressure gauge mounted on front of unit. Yellow knobbed release lever at front.

Single-breasted, four button jacket with lapels and falling collar, separate fabric belt with two prong gilding metal buckle, held on two brass hooks let into waist, plain sleeves, no cuffs, flap and button pleated breast pockets, flapped inset skirt pockets. Centre rear vent. Printed pale blue eagles on very dark blue patches at shoulders.

Composite restoration of light 4 x 4 armoured scout car with crew of two or three; Manually rotating turret, minus its machine gun, with three smoke deflectors on each side of the hull. Spare wheel on nearside; front mounted radio aerial Internally complete with seat, wheel, controls, webbing straps etc. Repainted overall desert sand 2010.
Type E Bomb Trolley

Specialist heavy bomb trailer, painted overall dark green. Chassis consists of two long strong steel frame sections. Long, heavy front tow bar, pivoting front axle and steerable rear axle with horizontal steering wheel and rear tread plate for operator, and rear towing hook also. Tool box with lid behind front axle. Four screw jacks, two each side, fore and aft.

RAF Irvin jacket, John Hannah

Fleece-lined, brown leather short jacket with full length zip closure and zips running up front of fore-arms. Around the bottom front, a leather half belt emerging from the side seams, fitted with a white metal buckle. On the underside of the collar a fastening loop and a strap to hold the collar up when worn in that position.
Air Raid Protection First Aid Box

Deep rectangular enamelled tin first aid box with hinged lid with two locking catches and lifting/carrying handle at the front and HB&S impressed on the base. Black overall with red stripe across the centre of the box with A.R.P stencilled in white at the front. Two small suspension rings also fitted, one each side. Some rust on the lid.

Painted overall yellow with double rear tyres and strong steel chassis supporting four steadying jacks and hydraulically operated missile cradle with two davits with top mounted spotlights. Offside fuel tank and operator's platform with control console and gated gaurd rails.Forward mounted engine with enclosed half cab for driver. Loose covers stored in cab.
