Black boot to just below knee. The foot formed as a leather lace-up shoe with toe cap, the leg of black suede with full length zip up outer, front side and with black leather fastening tab and buckle at top. The leg sewn to a projecting lip around the top of the shoe and designed to be cut away after baling out in enemy territory so as to leave an ordinary-looking black shoe. Leather soles and heels. Small pocket inside leg for a pen knife to modify boot when required. Both elements lined throughout in sheepskin. Right foot.
