Woven as a disc in various colours, a baldheaded eagle's head wearing a top hat decorated with the Bristish and US national flags within a crown of thorns, round the upper edge 19 SQUADRON RAPIER in white on a red panel and round the lower edge UNCLE SAM'S SAMS in white on a pale blue panel. The disc lock-stitched all round in black thread.
