Single-breasted, four button jacket with roll-step collar, two flap and button, pleated breast pockets, two flap and button bellows pockets in skirt and centre rear vent. Lower button shows below belt. Integral fabric belt with twin prong gilt buckle. Soiling and slight damage. Gold rank lace at cuffs to the rank of Lieutenant. Medal ribbons for Military OBE, 1914-15 Star, War Medal and Victory Medal Observer's badge above left breast pocket.

India General Service Medal 1936-1939

Circular, silver with scroll type suspender bar. Obverse - crowned head of GRVI in left profile with round the rim GEORGIUS VI DG BR OMN REX ET INDIAE IMP. Reverse - a tiger standing on a mountain range with INDIA at the top. Ribbon - pale buff with narrow red edges and broad green borders. The edge impressed 515231A.C.1. W.J.H. WRIGHT. R.A.F. With clasp NORTH WEST FRONTIER 1936-37. No ribbon.

Ladder, Cockpit

Light alloy structure pilot access ladder for Lighting aircraft, fitted to port side when in use. Painted dark green overall with two small wheels at the base; 7 rungs plus top wire mesh tread plate . Ladder frame angles sharply in one third of way up so as to clear external aircraft missile load. Orange painted splayed sides to aid pilot's grip at top. Angled brace locks into fuselage at four points for security.

Door

Curved, grey painted rectangular six-plank section of original Supermarine Southampton hull cut out from starboard nose during conversion to houseboat c.1929 and modified as the sliding door to the boat. Only the middle part of the section retained; Complete with centrally mounted letter flap, with grab handle and padlock eye to the right.Painted cream on inside, with original stringers surviving. Original varnished mahogany visible below the paint.Fitted with metal edging strips.

King Feisal War Medal

Gilt bronze, circular and appearing to overlay a pair of crossed rifles, with suspension link in the form of a sunburst connecting to an articulated bar bearing an inscription. Obverse - an Arabic inscription meaning Public Service within an open laurel wreath above a horizontal crescent points upwards. Reverse - within a plain ring an Arabic inscription - Feisal I 1344 ie. the King's name and the Islamic calendar date for 1925-1926 AD. Ribbon - green, white, green in equal stripes.

Circular, silver with plain suspender bar. Obverse - bust length, portrait of the Sovereign, GRV, left profile with title round the rim. Reverse - Britannia with a lion looking towards a rising sun and holding out an olive branch and the law. In a small section below AFRICA. Ribbon - yellow with black edges and two narrow dark green stripes. Edge impressed 306606 A.C.2. H.C. TAYLOR. R.A.F. With clasp SOMALILAND 1920.

A gilt Maltese cross enamelled white with a plain circular suspension ring at top, bearing a vertical oval, red medallion with RVI in gold within a blue border with a spray of laurel at the top and VICTORIA at the bottom. The whole medallion surmounted by a crown in full colours. The reverse numbered K 719. Neck ribbon - blue with red, white, red stripes on both sides.

Standard A.W.38 gun turret cupola as fitted to Anson 1 aircraft; mounted on cylindrical steel base for mounting on marine craft for anti-aircraft defence. Manually operated by gunner's foot pressure on the floor. Equipped with single Vickers VGO Mk.1 machine gun. Yellow painted cupola with sliding central top panel. Supporting grey painted steel cylindrical mount shows evidence of corrosion pitting.

Supermarine Spitfire Mk. I

Large scale-one fifth - (5:4:1), non-flying, super-detailed model of Supermarine Spitfire Mk. I. Litho plate skin over balsa wood frame skinned with printer's lithographic plate, resin propeller and exhaust stubs, cast alloy landing gear legs, wooden radio mast. Has 19,000 rivets. Solatex covered rudder, elevator and ailerons. Flat canopy as on early Mk.1 Spitfires. Unpainted to show structure to best advantage. Highly detailed cockpit.
