Stands on circular base supported by four classical columns above square base bearing presentation inscription and inscribed silver wings recording individual awards.

As new example. Representation of a "Lewis" type machine gun. Dummy barrels with the upper having a beaded foresight. Spade grip at rear and pistol grip below. Quick release circular spare magazine (with spares fitted) housing with ring sight and mounting in front.

Woven into a horizontal oval patch of pale blue sateened cotton fabric, AIR DEFENCE CADET CORPS around the top edge and SQUADRON at the bottom all within a thin border. Machine stitched in the centre, a rectangular patch of paler blue fabric lettered C.R.A.F.A. above 157 B'HAM.

Red background with German cross top left and large swastika off centre to the left at the centre of a larger cross.
