Bronze sculpture mounted on pedastal. Figure of Mercury, messenger of the gods, with winged right ankle, holding a sword and looking down at his winged foot. Stands on circular base supported by four classical columns above square base bearing presentation inscription and inscribed silver wings recording individual awards.
