Shield-shaped varnished wooden wall plaque with painted shield featuring a sky blue background onto which are painted motifs including a green wreath, a radio mast and an oak tree with the number 309 at the centre. The motto scroll below says "Teamwork leads to success" and a further scroll above says "May 1967 Cosford April 1968". The bottom left portion of the motif is missing.
