Circular, silver with integral top loop with loop suspender. Obverse - the left profile head of Tsar Nicholas II with an inscription. Reverse - an inscription in Cyrillic with a stamped number 702005. Ribbon - three black stripes and two orange stripes with narrow orange edges.
