Rectangular varnished wooden case with a bakelite front panel fitted with a large rotating dial marked, 300-1000, two wheels marked, RANGE and LAMP BUZZER with two pairs of plug sockets (one either side). Two battery terminals and a "PRESS FOR LAMP" button on top besides the battery compartment.
