Dark patinated bronze cross pattée with a semi-circular extension on the upper arm bearing a ring which engages with a V below the suspension bar which is decorated with two sprays of laurel leaves joined by a ribbon. Obverse - a crown with crowned lion above and below a sroll bearing the words FOR VALOUR. The cross edged with a double line border. Reverse - The cross edged with a double line border and a double lined central disc bearing an engraved date 11TH AUGUST 1945. The reverse of the suspension bar engraved ACT. S/L. I.W. BAZALGETTE, R.A.F. on top line and No.635 SQUADRON on second line. Ribbon - maroon.
Flying Helmet, RAF, Type C, Wired

Brown leather helmet lined in chamois constructed in strips passing from front to rear of the wearer's head with a brow band, lined in velvet. Fitted with circular, black rubber telephone holders. Combined microphone and earphone/telephone wiring enters at centre rear of helmet and is fed through to the earphones and to a microphone plug below the left ear. Three male press studs on each side of face aperture for connection of Type G Oxygen mask. Right side studs fitted with hook to receive loop from mask harness. Centre rear fitted with short buckled strap to retain goggles strap. Two vertical leather tabs sewn at top and with press studs at bottom placed behind telephone holders to steady goggles strap.

Grey cotton webbing rectangular box/bag with two pairs of square brass buckles on the front face, a flap closure with two straps and two buckles set high on the sides of the pack. The pack is intended to be worn at the side connected to the webbing braces and is not appear usable on its own.

On an eight-point star with a crown at the top, a disc, overlaid by an eagle, having an outer ring lettered AIR MINISTRY FIRE SERVICES. The badge of two piece construction, the central portion being mounted on the crowned star and retained by two lugs and a vertical pin. Two horizontal fixing lugs at rear.

Two wheeled, hand pulled fire cart. Two large diameter wooden spoked, iron-rimmed wheels. Iron fame, upon which is mounted the red painted wooden equipment box, with top hinged lid and chains, and below that the hose spindle operated by two six-grip crank wheels. The hose itself is missing. Iron handle with double grip for hand towing.

Single-breasted, four button jacket with roll-step collar, two flap and button, pleated breast pockets, two flap and button bellows pockets in skirt and centre rear vent. Integral fabric belt with two prong gilt buckle. Padded type Pilot's badge on left breast. Pilot Officer rank lace on cuffs, with a single VR badge on left collar. Mothed.

Two monochrome prints mounted on a paper page. One image shows the exterior of Earl Carroll's night club, the other shows a wall of signatures mounted on plaques. These are accompanied by a two piece printed caption. There are two rough holes in left hand edge of the mount.

A dealer's fake made up in patinated bronze-coloured metal, but constructed in two pieces with the crown sweated onto the tongue of metal which extends above the eagle. Very unusual fixing lugs. No fabric within the crown. Two pairs of conjoined laurel sprays supporting an eagle with out-stretched wings with a crown above. Two fixing lugs at rear.
