Single-breasted, four button jacket with roll-step collar, two flap and button, pleated breast pockets, two flap and button bellows pockets in skirt, a small inset pocket let into the waist and a centre rear vent. The lower button shows below the belt. Integral fabric belt with two prong gilt buckle. Black and pale blue rank lace at cuffs to the rank of Wing Commander. Medal ribbons for DSO, MC with two Rosettes, 1914-15 Star with Rosette, 1914-18 War Medal, Victory Medal, ...?, 1939-45 Star, Africa Star, Defence Medal, 1935 Jubilee medal and 1937 Coronation Medal. Pilot's wings above left breast pocket.

All metal blackened bronze. Buttons black composition. Medal ribbons - DFC, '39-'45 Star, France/Germany Star and Australian Service Medal 1939-1945. Observer's flying badge above left breast pocket.
