Consists of a steel rod bearing a joint piece which carries another rod bent at 90 degrees. the latter has two brass callipers attached to it with screw clamps. Central rod has bakelite handle bound in brass.

Soft, domed 'School Boy' type cap made in segments of dark blue velvet with a red cord pompom, tassel, white trim and embroidered peak with the dates 1924-25-26 in white thread and the association's emblem at the front.
