Between the two in red GROUNDCREW at top, THERE'S ALWAYS BLOODY SOMETHING at bottom. In the centre a green and yellow bat with IX in red, the number overlaid with the front view of a Tornado aircraft in green and grey.

Two wheeled, hand pulled fire cart. Two large diameter iron spoked, solid rubber tyred wheels. Iron fame, upon which is mounted the red painted wooden equipment box, with top hinged lid and chains, and below that the hose spindle operated by two six-grip crank wheels. Fabric hose with brass nozzle fittings. Iron handle with double grip for hand towing.
