Rectangular portrait format wooden plaque upon which are mounted two white alloy plates. The Upper One is labelled Red Flag alongside an engraved flag over which is superimposed a selection of aircraft including AWACs, A-10 Warthog, F-4 Phantom, F-111, UH-1 Huey and F-100. The smaller lower plate is worded Royal Air Force 16 Squadron Red Flag 87-3 We Trained Like We Plan To Fight...Together!
