Standard shield-shaped varnished wooden wall plaque with painted crest featuring a white background onto which is superimposed the numbers 109, a Phantom(?) and 3 acorns. In the scroll below is the motto "Post nos plebecula". A further scroll above the shield states "109 Entry Cosford 1965-68".
