On a vertical, oval wreath of laurel (right) and oak leaves (left) conjoined at base with a bow and surmounted by a small Imperial crown, an Imperial Russian two-headed eagle in the upper part overlaid in the lower part with a winged marine anchor. Threaded post at rear with a circular silver 'nut'.
