Long, black tubular silk scarf, pleated into a narrower band to pass behind the neck. The ends decorated with the chaplain's badge with a crown above and a letter A below embroidered in full colours. Medal bar with 1914-18 War Medal, Victory Medal, 1939-45 Star, Africa Star, Italy Star, Defence Medal, 1939-45 War Medal and unknown.

Within a crowned laurel wreath RFC in monogram, voided. In bright yellow alloy made from a collar badge with the lugs removed and replaced by a brooch pin.
