Tan leather hood with face aperture adjustable by a draw string connected to a buckled strap passing round rear of head. Helmet lining removed. Ear flaps, covering single, large round hole, pierced by nine holes arranged in a circle, retained by press studs: the flaps having cylindrical wind deflectors on their front, vertical edge. Adjustable leather straps with buckles at upper, outer corners of aperture. On the brow of the helmet a small black, fur-fabric teddy bear (?) lucky mascot attached by a few stitches. Water stained.

Helmet lined in chamois at the crown and in skirts, and in fur (mostly missing) at neck, ears and forehead. Ear flaps, covering single, large round hole, pierced by nine holes arranged in a circle, retained by press studs: the flaps having cylindrical wind deflectors on their front, vertical edge. Adjustable leather straps with buckles at upper, outer corners of aperture. Water stained.

Brown leather hood with face aperture adjustable by a draw string connected to a buckled strap passing round rear of head. The entire lining of the helmet removed. No ear flaps but six holes, two rows of three, pierced immediately behind the vertical, cylindrical wind deflectors. Adjustable leather straps with buckles at upper, outer corners of aperture. Condition - externally good except for a little damage on right wind deflector.
