Single-breasted, five button jacket with stand collar closing with two hooks, false pointed cuffs, two flap and button, pleated breast pockets, two flap and button pockets in skirt and centre rear vent. Belt with single pinned gilt buckle and held to the waist with belt hooks. Soft shoulder straps with gilt pips to the rank of Captain. Collar fitted with detachable false shirt collar. Pilot's flying badge above left breast pocket. Medal ribbon for 1914-15 Star, 1914-18 War Medal and Victory Medal.

Single-breasted, two pocket, khaki drill cotton jacket with stand and fall collar, pointed false cuffs and shoulder straps. Front opening closes with 5 small size General Service Pattern buttons which also appear on the straps and the flaps of the pleated breast pockets. Two small vents in the rear skirt. No buttons fitted.

Single-breasted, khaki jacket with roll-step collar and lapels, four flap and button pockets, the breast pockets pleated, the skirt pockets of bellows type. The waist fitted with brass hooks for wear with a Sam Browne. Center rear vent. Shoulder straps bearing fabric rank pips for a Captain. Bronze Australian Commonwealth Military Forces badges on the collar. RFC Pilot's flying badge above left breast pocket. Single blue service chevron above right cuff and a single wound stripe above the left. Fitted with leather buttons.

Khaki cotton twill and leather knapsack fitted with 2 snap-hooks which permitted its carriage either by a separate webbing shoulder strap or clipped to the D rings of the Sam Browne. The front compartment closing with a flap and leather button is divided length-wise into two, the front portion being gussetted and retained at the top by a tab and button on each side; the rear portion is flat without gusset. The front flap has a choice of two button positions. At rear of bag a similar flat flap and button fastening pocket. LGC on front, lower, right corner.
