Also included are snippets from speeches of the Allied leaders, Churchill, Roosevelt, Stalin and Chiang Kai-Shek. The Ministry of Information was established by the British Government at the outbreak of the war and was responsible for issuing national propaganda at home and abroad, as well as censoring information possibly of military value
