This is 1920 pattern service dress cap badge, worn by RAF Warrant Officers.

Modelled on the officer’s cap badge, the Warrant Officer’s badge is made of gilded metal, rather than embroidered fabric, and pinned to the centre of a service dress cap. It consists of two pairs of conjoined laurel leaves supporting an eagle with outstretched wings and topped with the King’s crown.
