Bomber over Germany

Incomplete recording of a dramatised radio programme, in which bomber crews are heard preparing for a raid on an oil refinery at Bremen.

The narrator lists the main characters of the dramatisation and describes the scene on an airfield during the afternoon before a night raid. Ground crews are heard preparing the aeroplanes, loading bombs and discussing maintenance issues. An aeroplane is heard starting up, aircrews are briefed and prepare for take off and the narrator describes the crewmen at their positions in the aeroplane.
