Film in which several real-life incidents are recreated to emphasise the need for all personnel to see flight safety as their duty. Ground personnel report fuel leaks from a parked Puma helicopter and a taxiing Phantom fighter aircraft, an overlooked ‘remove before flight’ tag on a Nimrod maritime patrol aircraft, and an unsecured panel on a taxiing Dominie training aircraft. A Harrier pilot is then seen having a bad day.
