Dramatised flight safety film set around a Harrier squadron operating in Belize, emphasising the importance of pilots and ground crew following laid-down checks and procedures in order to avoid accidents.

Dramatised film in which an RAF Harrier pilot over Belize attempts to eject following a bird strike, but is unable to do so due to safety pins still being in place in his ejection seat. He succeeds in returning to base, where he informs his commanding officer of what happened. Meanwhile, the senior Non-Commissioned Officer in charge of the squadron's ground crews become increasingly irate as various technical problems arise.
