The log book covers Davies' time as an instructor at No.7 Training Depot Station and as a pilot with Ferry Pool and later No.1 (Communications) Squadron.
On 6 May 1919, Davies records that he flew "copies of peace treaty to London" from Paris, the being the Treaty of Versailles.
